The first spread in Issue 10 of Lula, is entitled, 'Once Upon A Time' and features a woman's arms, with ruffs around the wrists, and harlequin-print painted arms. It is very crafty and paper based, and I find it very inspirational to me for my work in this project. It has made me realise that it would be really interesting to put ruffs on different parts of the body, other than just around the neck. It works really well in this spread, as an accessory on the wrist.
